"Energising your campus"

Our recruitment program is based on developing trust through long-term relationships with engineering schools.

This approach is based on two major factors:

– Financial support within engineering programs

– Promoting the visibility of career paths offered by Vulcain

Each year, our teams send representatives to more than 20 career fairs to meet the engineers of tomorrow. These annual events are organized by top engineering schools, such as ENSTA ParisTech, Centrale Lille, ESIGELEC, INSA, ENSIC, Polytech, Les Mines, and ENSICAEN.

We commit significant resources towards developing professional connections with the students. In addition to participating in conferences and mock interviews held at these schools, we look to foster a culture of winning by sponsoring sports events organized by the athletic programs.

With a third of our staff comprised of fresh graduates, we offer young engineers the opportunity for a successful start to their professional careers as they enter the job market.

In coordination with the Chief Operating Officer, your mission is to guarantee the realization of projects according to the specifications and deadlines defined by the client. 

Your mission consists of :

Validate the initial industrial plan or propose possible modifications after checking the availability of the required resources and their impacts in terms of costs and deadlines

Create the project schedule in adequacy with the industrial plan

Plan the project’s cost for all phases

Create the tasks specifications for all the actors of the project (scopes, delivery date, costs and deadlines)

Analyse the project’s risk

Manage and facilitate communication between the project departments

Schedule necessary meetings

Send purchases and invoices to the client

Check out the schedule project

Manage actively the deadlines of the various phases (design, realization, assembly, test, delivery), by making sure of the good transmission of required data

Guarantee the traceability of the project

Formalize the follow-up

Report the progress of the project in the reporting data sheet

Notify your manager in case of  difficulties

Working with a Business Manager, your mission consists in the creation and the management of a customer portfolio within the framework of offers of technical support. You also participate in the recruitment and in the management of your consultants.

You will be in charge of:

Canvass the major companies in the energy sector;
Identify various projects with energy vocation and be able to make appointments with the decision-making people;
Build the organization chart of the different companies; 
Write referencing files;
Make appointments with clients to collect needs in technical support;
Identify and recruit consultants to meet the needs of your clients;
Make appointments with clients for consultants’ interviews;
Negotiate price rates and conditions with the clients and the consultant;
Draft commercial proposals;
Insure the follow-up of the mission with the client by making regular points;
